Gemma is dedicated to enhancing the Company’s service offering for all parties who are impacted by Xenia Estates’ management and improving the customer experience. Known for her commitment to excellence and her advocacy for wellbeing and positivity, Gemma continuously aims to elevate standards within the industry, not losing sight of the direct influence Xenia Estates has on people’s homes.

Nicola Murray, Director at Xenia Estates, brings over 16 years’ experience in property and facilities management. She began her career in the medical industry, where she developed a strong foundation in managing facilities with stringent compliance and safety standards. Transitioning from medical to commercial properties, Nicola honed her skills in overseeing large-scale operations, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety, service and quality.In her current role at Xenia Estates, Nicola specialises in residential property management and mobilisation, her chosen field for the last 10 years. Her expertise lies in ensuring compliance, upholding rigorous standards, and prioritising health and safety in all aspects of property management. Nicola has a particular interest in operational efficiencies and contractor management.

His role focuses heavily around upholding tenant safety across our entire portfolio. Whether this is delivered through in-depth audits, project planning or contract management, setting a high standard and maintaining this is critical.
