ADELPHI WHARF PHASE 2 | COMPLETION

We are pleased to announce that Fortis Group Holdings have completed the second phase of the large residential scheme in Salford, Adelphi Wharf, and the management of the building has been handed over to Xenia Estates

Containing 163 residential apartments featuring a mix of 1, 2- & 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses, this second phase brings the total number of complete apartments in the scheme to 369.

Adelphi Wharf is located in the heart of Salford, overlooking the River Irwell and has helped regenerate the local area, increasing the desirability of homes in Salford. The development features a communal rooftop terrace and parking for residents.

Full completion of the scheme us due in early 2021, taking the total number of units to 593.
