BUILDING OVERVIEW
We manage an iconic development in Altrincham, comprising 248 apartments across 3 blocks, the site was developed by Urban Splash in 2005 on a brown-field site which was previously home to a pressure gauge factory on Woodfield Road. The scheme integrates existing industrial buildings with new construction, with two parallel blocks in the shape of boats cantilevering the southern bank of the Bridgewater Canal.

The Original Building: 33 apartments
Development 2 (New Build): 108 apartments
Development 3 (New Build): 107 apartments
Upon our appointment as the managing agent, we recognised numerous opportunities for enhancement and modernisation of the amenities and services within the development.
SOLUTION:
Since taking the reins as the newly instructed managing agent, we have embarked on many improvements aimed at enriching the living experience for all residents. Some of our initial projects include:
Enhanced Security System:
We are in the process of installing a state-of-the-art video door entry system for each block, allowing residents to see and communicate with visitors and delivery drivers remotely. Residents will be able to unlock the communal door via a convenient app on their smartphones, ensuring enhanced security and accessibility even when they are not at home.
Signage:
The signage across the site is being completely overhauled. Our focus is on ensuring that the new signage complements the unique architectural design of all three blocks while providing clear navigation for residents and visitors alike.
Digital Communication:
We have implemented digital notice boards in each block that will serve as vital information hubs for residents. These boards will display important notices, community updates, and contact details for our management team, ensuring that residents have quick and easy access to essential information.
