Xenia Estates are a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and are working towards membership to The Property Institute (TPI) and the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation. We have a robust training programme in place for our team and constantly drive the development of our members of staff from a professional & personal level through the positive company culture we strive to create.

Our head office is based in Sale but we operate nationally through our developments from Glasgow to Birmingham with members of staff based onsite and Estates Managers working remotely where required.
Xenia Estates currently manage circa 4,200 units across the country with a further pipeline of 2,000 to be handed over within the next 18-24 months from various Clients.
